Through
our subsidiaries deCODE chemistry, based outside Chicago, and deCODE
biostructures, based near Seattle, we provide a full range of
structural biology and drug discovery services. Our CRO subsidiary
Encode offers a complete range of clinical services, including
Information-rich Clinical Trials.
Our services
range from early-stage discovery and optimization to identification of
viable synthetic routes required to manufacture cGMP material in
quantities for pre-clinical and clinical studies. We also
provide genotyping services through our headquarters facility in
Iceland, the most advanced and highest-throughput microsatellite
genotyping laboratory in the world. Our customers for
genotyping services include pharmaceutical companies, research
consortia and academic institutions.
Scientific Services
deCODE's
scientific services deliver rapid-turnaround, high-quality data for

Structural biology
deCODE
biostructures is a leading provider of contract research services in
X-ray crystallographic structure determination of protein-ligand
complexes. deCODE biostructures' capabilities span the entire
gene-to-structure landscape including whole-gene synthesis,
gene-construct engineering, large scale protein production and
purification, high-throughput crystallization screening, small molecule
pre-formulation screening, X-ray diffraction data collection, model
building, and refinement.

Through

studies and analytical services. We can also combine population
genetics and clinical trials resources in Information-rich Clinical
