deCODE offers a highly flexible on-demand single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping service. This enables you to either mix and match sets of microsatellites and SNPs or genotype SNPs alone to perform association or candidate gene studies, allowing you to efficiently genotype one to hundreds of SNPs on any sample size. You get access to our high-quality, high-throughput genotyping operations that our microsatellite customers have learned to value and trust.

We use an in-house optimized platform for high-throughput genotype generation based on a novel technology developed by Nanogen, Inc. We have made several improvements to the assay design leading to better clustering of the alleles which allows easy, high quality allele calling. We have also simplified reagent handling and processing such that minimum pipetting and addition steps are involved to ensure high quality results.
