Custom SNP Genotyping


deCODE offers a highly flexible, on-demand single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping service. This enables you to either mix and match sets of microsatellites and SNPs, or genotype SNPs alone, to perform association or candidate gene studies. Our service allows you to quickly and cost-effectively genotype anywhere from single to hundreds of SNPs on any set of samples, from the team that hundreds of customers have come to trust.

We use an in-house optimized platform for high-throughput genotype generation based on a novel technology developed by Nanogen, Inc. We have made several improvements to the assay design, leading to better clustering of the alleles and easy, high-quality allele calling. We have also simplified reagent handling and processing to minimize pipetting and other labor-intensive steps as part of our commitment to deliver the highest quality results.
