The goal of our services team is to use our unique capabilities to help you to derive the most data from your samples, and to apply our analytical tools to turn your data into discoveries.With our imputation service, we can multiply the amount of data we can derive from genotyping and sequencing your samples. To impute SNPs for our customers we utilize a combination of publicly available datasets and even more detailed haploytpes we have developed in-house. These include several million variants using HapMap data, comprising 3.8 million SNPs from 60 independent individuals; data from the 1000 Genome Project, consisting of 9 million SNPs from 57 individuals; as well as reference phasing data generated through our own analyses.
Our statistical team and data management systems provide a unique backbone for this service. The result is the most detailed and most productive resources available today, constantly enriched by our genotyping, sequencing, and statistics efforts.
