An example of different entropy information values for a cousin pair
depending on wether the founder couple reduction is used. This example
is referred to in the Allegro paper.

To examine the case when only the cousins are genotyped, execute the
following commands:

allegro allegro1.fc.opt
allegro allegro1.nofc.opt
gh < genehunter1.opt

The entropy columns in exppairs1.fc and exppairs1.nofc should read
0.66 and 0.50 respectively, and the information column in the
genehunter output should read 0.50.

To examine the case when the parents of the cousins are also
genotyped, execute the following commands:

allegro allegro2.fc.opt
allegro allegro2.nofc.opt
gh < genehunter2.opt

The entropy columns in exppairs1.fc and exppairs1.nofc should read
1.00 and 0.75 respectively, and the information column in the
genehunter output should read 0.75.
